Guidelines and Requirements

In order for Advanced Web Promotion (AWP) to work with you and promote your web site, your site must meet certain conditions. Before ordering a package, please review these guidelines to verify that your site is appropriate and consistent with our requirements, keeping in mind that we can work with certain special circumstances under a custom plan.

During the contract period, only AWP will promote your site. No other web promotion company or other entity (including the client him/herself) shall do "like work" to or for your site, as this could potentially undermine or damage AWP's efforts in promoting your site. "Like work" consists of search engine optimization and submission, HTML code optimization, content and copy optimization, building link popularity, modifying satellite and other alternate domain sites, and other related work.

These packages apply to static-content sites and/or sites designed, built & hosted by RosArt. Sites with dynamic content require additional work to meet our guarantee requirements. Please inquire for pricing and requirements for promotion of dynamic sites.

If you are not a hosting client of Da Web Works (RosArt Multimedia, Inc.'s hosting division), you must give access to your hosting statistics so that AWP can measure traffic and referrals to your site. If your host does not have stats software in place, AWP will need access to your log files in order to run our analysis software on them.

• contain sufficient pages and recognizable content.
• fall within the size recommendations outlined within each Package.
• be quick to load.
• have copy and content that are in English, and be of use to an audience located in the United States. (If your site's content is in another language, contact us about our Custom Plans.)

• have "under construction" sections. Also, all links should be functional. (Special circumstances excluded).
• be a "redirect" site.

• consist of original content.
• be up and running seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day.

• contain pornography, pornographic or adult advertising, graphic violence, material that infringes upon or violates anyone's rights, or material that promotes/disseminates illegal activities. (We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.)
• Promote or facilitate unethical activity.
